Meet Tiffany

Tiffany Webb Stoney is the founder of AFHERM — a luxury natural wellness brand built on the belief that health is not something you receive from a system, but something you steward for yourself and generations to come.

Her passion didn't begin in a wellness studio. It began around a kitchen table.

Tiffany grew up in a family shaped by heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and early death. Her father died of a heart attack at 44. His father, at 47. Her children will never meet either of them. As she watched the pattern repeat itself across generations, she was left with one question:

"What if there is another way?"

That question became a calling.

At 20, during her Senior year at Howard University, Tiffany had a life-altering experience with E. coli. What could have been another chapter of illness became her turning point — a wake-up call about the relationship between what she put into her body and how her body responded. From that moment forward, she began the lifelong study of natural wellness, herbal medicine, and the body's remarkable ability to heal when given the right conditions.

Having been a classically trained dancer, Tiffany had experienced all the benefits that movement does for the body; partner this with her experimenting with her own remedies, she soon discovered the kitchen was a much more effective lifestyle than the doctor’s office. It was the technology of Western medicine that she could use to aid her in her own self restoring practices. She took ownership of her health and stopped giving it away.

Years later, that study became a mission.

And that mission became AFHERM.
