Information you give us
- Your name, email address, phone number and shipping or billing address.
- Order details, such as what you bought and your subscription schedule.
- Business details you share in a Healthy Spaces quote request.
- Anything you choose to tell us in forms, intake questionnaires, emails or calls, which may include wellness goals you share with us.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored by AFHERM. Stripe's use of your information is described in its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our Site collects basic technical information such as your browser, device type, pages visited and how you arrived at the Site, using cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders and manage subscriptions.
- To respond to your questions and quote requests.
- To deliver coaching programs and workshops you sign up for.
- To send the free guides you request and, if you opt in, occasional emails or texts about AFHERM.

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your orders, appointments and AFHERM news. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a customer or client, and afterward for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as well without them.
- Your information: email us to ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Our Site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
